Clients are required to provide authentic, complete, and legally valid documentation for all trade declarations:

• Verification of invoice values, packing lists, product HSN codes, and country of origin declarations.
• Maintenance of valid Import Export Codes (IEC) and statutory registrations.
• Expo House Group shall not be held responsible for statutory demurrage, detention penalties, or legal actions resulting from fraudulent or incorrect client declarations.

3. Customs Clearance & Freight Transit

• Port Clearances: Operational turnaround times at sea ports and airports are contingent upon Customs appraisal, physical examination protocols, and statutory agency approvals.
• Road Transportation: Fleet movement schedules are governed by route permits, highway regulations, e-way bill validity, and weather conditions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
